Class Description:Great Knights Chess is excited to be back at Larchmont Charter School for another year! For years, our program has helped students build critical thinking, patience, and strategy skills through the game of chess — all while having fun with teammates and friends. No experience is necessary: our trained coaches teach everything from how the pieces move to tournament-level strategy, with boards, pieces, and all materials provided. Classes meet weekly on days there is school and wrap up with a celebration for our last class to honor our members' achievements over the 7 week season of hard work and learning.
